What the Gulf Al-Arab Company website keeps from request forms, why, who sees it, and how to ask for deletion.
What we keep
When you send the hourly maid booking form we keep what you wrote: name, mobile number, city, district, service type, hours, number of housekeepers, date, period and notes, together with the page you sent it from and your IP address, which is used to limit automated repeat submissions.
Why we keep it
Only to answer your request, set the price and time, and carry out the service. The data is not sold or given to advertisers, and the request notification goes to the site administration’s email alone.
Calls and WhatsApp
After sending the form you move to WhatsApp with a ready message, which is only sent if you press send yourself. The call and WhatsApp buttons in articles open your phone or WhatsApp app directly, and what happens there falls under those apps’ own policies.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as protecting forms from automated submissions. There are no advertising or marketing-tracking cookies.
Asking for deletion
You can ask for your request data to be deleted at any time through the same WhatsApp conversation, and it is deleted once we confirm the request comes from you.
