International shipping

The shipment starts at your door or warehouse in any Saudi city. To the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria it travels by road on trucks — the usual route for most furniture loads. To Egypt the truck boards a ferry from the Red Sea ports, destinations such as Morocco and Turkey go by sea in containers, and small or urgent parcels go by air. We handle the packing, the contents inventory and the shipping paperwork, and stay in touch with you until it is received.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about International shipping

Which countries do you ship to from Saudi Arabia?

We ship to the Gulf states (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman), to Jordan, Lebanon and Syria by road, to Egypt by truck and ferry, and to Morocco, Turkey and other destinations by sea or air depending on the shipment.

Why does shipping to the Gulf and Jordan go by road?

Because these countries are linked to the Kingdom by road and land border crossings, so the truck can drive from your city to the address without unloading at a port — which suits most furniture loads.

How does shipping to Egypt work?

Shipments are loaded onto a truck in your city, which drives to a Red Sea port and crosses on the ferry to the Egyptian ports, where inspection and clearance take place before the shipments are delivered to their owners.

When should I choose air freight?

Air freight suits small parcels and items you need quickly; furniture and large volumes are more economical by road or sea.

What paperwork does international shipping need?

Usually a copy of your ID, residence permit or passport and a list of the contents. Some countries ask for extra documents, and we tell you before collection so the shipment is not held up.
