Air conditioning
In the Saudi summer an AC runs for long hours every day, so dust builds up in its filters and coils, cooling weakens and power use rises. The technician washes the indoor and outdoor units, checks refrigerant pressure, drainage, fan and compressor, and removes and installs units in their new place with the lines sealed and the cooling tested.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about Air conditioning
When should I wash my AC?
Wash the unit before summer starts and clean the filters every few weeks while it is in use — more often in dusty areas.
Why is my AC dripping water indoors?
The most common cause is a blocked drain line or dirty drip tray, sometimes a tilted unit. The line is cleared and the fitting adjusted if needed.
The AC runs but does not cool — why?
It may be dirty filters or coils, low refrigerant, or a compressor, fan or capacitor fault. The technician diagnoses it before any repair.
Do you remove and refit ACs during a move?
Yes, the unit is removed and its lines sealed to keep the refrigerant, then installed in the new home and tested.
Do you work on central AC?
Yes, we handle split, window, central and ducted systems as the property needs.
